I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel. The room was cozy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, despite the language barrier. Although they spoke limited English, they made a genuine effort to communicate and ensure my needs were met. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was conveniently situated near transportation options and within close proximity to various attractions. Furthermore, I appreciated the flexibility of the hotel's check-out policy, allowing me to leave later due to the quiet environment.

The hotel could improve its language skills to cater to non, Italian speaking guests.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and tried their best to overcome the language barrier. The room was nice and clean, and we were even allowed to check out later. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

While the staff were friendly, the language barrier made communication a bit challenging. the hotel lacked certain amenities that would have been nice to have during our stay.

So, my Easter stay at this hotel was just average. there were a few things that I did like about it. the breakfast offered was pretty good and filling. there was a bar where we could chill during the evening time. the location was quite convenient as it was located near some shops and restaurants.

the room wasn't clean enough and we could see dust in some areas.
